Laurel Lakes Retirement Community -- Phase III
Solid Rock Excavating
provided the complete excavation and foundation work for this
retirement community project. Solid Rock Excavating's work included
the storm and sanitary, water and gas utilities and finally the four
building pads i.e. foundation work for the new structures. This
phase of the Laurel Lakes Retirement Community project will provide
housing for 800 retired residents.

Lake Metro Parks Grand River Landing - Fairport Harbor |
Solid
Rock Excavating provided the complete excavation and beautification
for the Metropark Grand River Landing, Fairport Harbor. All site
work, which included ground stabilization and clearing massive
debris, establishing the parking area & boat ramp as well as the
final seeding and mulching. |
Nager and Romaine |
The
Nager and Romaine project is a commercial office building. Solid
Rock Excavating began the work in the winter months of 2004-2005.
The Grand Opening will be the week of July 25th 2005, in Euclid,
Ohio. |

Solid Rock
Excavating started the job by putting in the underground detention
in order to keep the site drained properly during construction. |

This is
the basement building pad/foundation. After the block walls were
completed, Solid Rock Excavating went in to finish the footer
drains, stone and backfill. |
