Commercial Projects

The Nager and Romaine Project is a Commercial Office Building in Euclid Ohio Solid Rock Excavating provided the general site excavation and storm drains as well as parking lot curbing and paving for the Nager & Romaine project. The Grand Opening date: week of July 25th 2005 -- in Euclid, Ohio.

Solid Rock Excavating began excavation for the Nager Romaine building in the winter months of 2004-2005.

The photos above show the drain field after all excavation is complete and landscaping is in process.

Solid Rock Excavating provided the complete excavation and foundation work for this retirement community project. Solid Rock Excavating's work included the storm and sanitary, water and gas utilities and finally the four building pads i.e. foundation work for the new structures. This phase of the Laurel Lakes Retirement Community project will provide housing for 800 retired residents.

Solid Rock Excavating provided the complete excavation and beautification for the Metropark Grand River Landing, Fairport Harbor. All site work, which included ground stabilization and clearing massive debris, establishing the parking area & boat ramp as well as the final seeding and mulching.
